Potential Export of Liquid Hydrocarbons

  • Significant growth in U.S. fracking has led to advances across the North American oil & gas value chain – creating an abundance of liquid hydrocarbons in the domestic U.S. market

 

  • Legislative framework is currently being discussed to facilitate U.S. crude export; the consensus is that U.S. will likely allow for limited export of crude oil

    • Clean product storage (e.g., fuel, naphtha)

    • Heavy crude storage

    • Potential storage of LNG

       

  • Facility anticipated to include hydraulic pumping, latest mechanical design and pipeline connectivity

 

  • Anticipating 1.3-1.8x monthly turnover of tanks
